I have been trained in a variety of therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Strength-Based/Client-Centered Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy. I work from non-oppressive/ non-judgmental perspective, while encouraging clients to make their own life decisions.
You will set your own therapy goals and decide how you want to spend your time. Life is always presenting us with challenges to overcome and it is important to transform stressors into opportunities for change. I can help you overcome challenges associated with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, personal relationship issues, family related stress, separation, life transitions, and women’s issues. I will help you develop coping skills to manage emotions and provide an alternative perspective to problem areas in your life.
